Electoral votes

1876- Has massachuesetts vote, has the most votes in the New England Region. They did not vote as a whole, votes where very dispersed. 

1880-Has massachuesetts vote, once again the largest vote. Voted as bloc, in the New England region.

1884- Did not have Massachuesetts vote, nor did the New england area vote as a bloc. Votes where differnt in all states.

1888-Did not have massachuesetts vote, although Masachuesetts had the most votes. New england did not vote as a whole.

2008- Massachuesetts had voted for Obama.

2012-Massachuesetts had voted for Obama once again.

Observations: 

1: Many more states had voted than before. Around the 1800s many states had not voted

2: Upper in New england used to be Republican but towards 2000 became democratic.

3: In the 1800s,votes where more,close than the,votes,in the 2000s.
